Jan Lonsdale, Vice President Research and Story Development, supervises and directs the creative efforts of the LMNO research staff in pitching and developing stories for numerous television series and specials including: Amazing Medical Stories (TLC); What’s With That House? (HGTV); Extreme Evidence (Court TV); IMPACT: Stories of Survival (Discovery Health); M.F.I.: Medical Fraud Investigators (Discovery Health), and Over Your Head, (HGTV).

A member of the LMNO staff since 2003, Ms. Lonsdale also develops proposals for new cable and network programming, and most recently served as producer for The Military Channel’s documentary series, “My War Diary.”

With a background in news and documentary production, she wrote and produced for CBS News, CBS, This Morning; field-produced for the NBC series, “Unsolved Mysteries;” and has written for The Los Angeles Times, Emmy Magazine, and Written By, The Journal of the Writers Guild of America West.
